Webinar: DNS Training Session for ISPs: The DNS Ecosystem

The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) Technical Engagement team, in collaboration with the Internet Service Providers and Connectivity Providers (ISPCP) constituency, is excited to announce a series of training sessions aimed at both technical and non-technical individuals, focusing on topics related to the Domain Name System (DNS). These sessions are intended for all Internet Service Providers (ISPs) globally. All sessions will be conducted online at convenient time zones.

The fourth session, The DNS Ecosystem, is scheduled for Thursday 23 January 2025 from 15:00 to 16:00 UTC. After gaining a solid technical knowledge from the previous modules, it is time to understand the organizations behind the operations of the Domain Name System. DNS is a globally distributed service with an entire ecosystem that works together to make the Internet work. Understanding the ecosystem is a great way to stay up to date with the latest trends, be prepared if necessary, and improve the service you provide to your customers or users.
